If you and Dr. Blazo agree that implants are the answer, we will take X-rays, scans, and 3D images of your jaw and any remaining teeth. These are used to create a meticulous, personalized treatment plan for placing your dental implants.

On the day of surgery, he will numb the jawbone and provide dental sedation so that you are relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Blazo uses your treatment plan to plot out the exact location and precise angle of each implant, placing them in the jawbone and suturing the gums around them. We provide you with a temporary crown, bridge, or denture that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. At the same time, your implants undergo osseointegration and healing, which can take anywhere from two to nine months.

When you return to our office, we will create your permanent restoration based on impressions taken of your mouth now that the swelling has subsided.
